‑ Quantitative filling is completed by the box‑packing machine, following standard specification of 12.5±0.5 kg per box.
‑ Pneumatic butterfly valve cooperates with the air‑flotation device to reduce material buildup and prevent discharge‑port blockage during discharging.
‑ Automatic palletizing is performed by robotic palletizer, which supports preset program loading and adopts password‑protected operation to prevent unauthorized parameter adjustment and mis‑operation.
‑ Qualified finished products that have passed complete QC inspection are mechanically conveyed and transferred into the finished‑goods warehouse for stock keeping.
‑ Mandatory test items: Viscosity, penetration, elastic recovery, density, anti‑aging property, visual appearance.
‑ On‑site patrol inspection; non‑conforming products disposed by workshop upon factory manager’s approval.
